  • The Final Paper must be mailed ONLY IN WORD FORMAT.

  • Maximum length of the paper is 7 pages. Rs.100/- will be charged for each extra page.

  • Prospective authors are requested to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references in .doc format only.

  • All submitted articles/papers should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Online presentation will be scheduled on Google meet.

  • Maximum number of slides: 15 (Including Title slide).

  • Strictly no animation/ slide transition to be used.

  • Ensure calm background at  the time of presentation.

  • Ensure no external disturbances.

  • Proper digital devices (Laptop/PC/ Tablet) to be used for presentation.

  • Headphone with proper speaker and microphone must be used to ensure smooth conduction of presentation.

  • Maintain discipline and do not cause disturbance to others.
